“Warrior Sweat” Hot Yoga Series

Has a total of 32 different postures and two different breathing exercises. The room is kept just below body temperature, which helps your body’s flexibility, focus, concentration and healing to increase. This class provides both mental and physical strength.Warm your muscles to prevent injury, allow for a deeper stretch and cleansing through inner tabata. The postures are arranged in a logical sequence allowing the practitioner to increase their depth from one posture to the next. It works to strengthen muscles, ligaments and joints.Therapeutic healing benefits affect the organs, glands and the nervous system. The Warrior Sweat series benefits the entire body right down to the cellular level. Our studio environment is like no other! Our heating system gently warms the body. Never smells, Never stifling! The perfect temperature for optimal mind-body connection!! You will develop your own ability and focus to calm the mind free your Spirit.

Movement that is synchronized to the breath (Vinyasa) is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.During Vinyasa Flow, you will breathe more deeply, increase flexibility, strength, and stamina.The breath becomes an important component as the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This class expands on Sun Salutations, building heat in flowing asana sequences, and incorporates a contemplative blend of yin yoga. Explore your physical edges while looking inward to illuminate your potential for living with awareness. Each class includes intention, mantra, asana, and meditation. This class finishes with a restorative savasana. All levels welcome.

Hatha yoga, Dharma yoga, Power Yoga

Provides mental and physical strength. With vigilant control of comfortable room temperature maintenance you will not be dehydrated or electrolyte depleted.

Restorative Yoga

Escape from your day and enjoy the tranquility of Candlelight Yoga. This class blends stretching, Pratapana (gentle simple movements) and restorative poses with a focus on relaxing into the deepest layers of the body to return us to a place of release, surrender and calm. During the class we will be exploring soothing and well-supported poses to restore your natural rhythm, dissolve tension and cultivate a deep sense of well-being that will support you well after the session is over. You will use soft blankets, blocks, and bolsters, so that the body opens gently, yet deeply from the inside out. The deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state. Essential oils (optional)combined with soothing music help to make this a deeply healing practice. All levels are welcome. No experience needed just come, and enjoy the benefits of letting go. will enjoy increased energy and rejuvenation for days after.

Raise your Vibration incorporates aspects from various yogic styles and philosophies to provide deep rest and relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. This Class may include any combination of restorative poses, long luscious Yin holds, gentle asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation, Thai yoga bodywork, Reiki energy healing, aromatherapy and nidra. An extremely gentle class to clear your mind and relax your body, and is appropriate for all levels offering the perfect balance to a more active practice. This class will help to heal your body, mind, and spirit.

All Levels Yoga

An ALL LEVELS yoga class for when you are ready to go a little deeper into your practice. Each class will have a corresponding yoga theme as we introduce the 8 limbs of yoga, Mindfulness,Balance , Seasons of Yoga and more. You will develop your practice at a nice easy pace with lots of instructions and modifications as needed to make the Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga practice accessible for all levels.

Back to Basics

This introductory class is for brand new beginners to yoga and those looking to reconnect with the basics. The intention is found through the exploration of the fundamentals of yoga; breathing techniques, and overall personal awareness and discovery.

Yin

A more meditative approach in a floor series of asanas, or postures with a physical focus much deeper than Yang like practices. Here the practitioner is trying to access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). As one ages flexibility in the joints decreases and Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain that flexibility, something that for many don’t seem to be too concerned about until they notice it is gone.

A Community inspired guided practice for students and teachers. If you want to take your practice to the next level, this is the class for you!

A dynamic flow will move you into a variety of poses throughout class. Each weekly practice may be a full spectrum or focus on specific class of poses, such as Standing poses, Balancing, Inversions, Arm Balancing or Backbends. We learn it’s not about the pose along the way, it’s what it takes to get there and how we respond to challenging moments on the mat. No snobbery, No competition, Just COMMUNITY! Combat to Yoga Mats

We Served. Taught by Veterans, for Veterans. You will find a safe supportive environment of Brothers and Sisters where we all practice together. Combat takes a toll, and together we heal on the mat. Every Vet is welcome regardless of physical ability, age, race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, discharge characterization or status, era of service, or other life experience. Classes are small enough to give attention to individual students who may be dealing with specific injuries, challenges or disabilities. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary, and beginners are welcome. Veterans will receive simple instruction in four key elements of yoga practice: meditation, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and physical poses. Modifications of poses are taught for any students with specific physical challenges. All of these aspects of yoga are designed to relax and focus the mind, relieve stress and anxiety, and increase strength and flexibility.
